removed miiverse through FBI but after removing when launching miiverse the app crashes but after turning on my 3DS my 3DS somehow detects there's a new update when updating it miiverse is back any tool that can remove/uninstall miiverse permanently?

If you're asking about how to remove the icon from the HOME Menu, this would require layout modifications to it, which nobody has done yet. Trying to remove the applet itself is pointless.

Not unless you use one of the regions home menus that never had miiverse to begin with. Other than that, no, ninty has screwed everyone to have to keep that useless app on your console as they never removed it when it was cut out.

hello, FYI there's a thing called rverse which brings back the Miiverse service, so it's probably not in your best interest to remove Miiverse, in case you ever want to use that service

does that work on the wii u? I remember someone or a group trying to reverse engineer miiverse, even dumped the original miiverse stuff from Nintendo somehow.

nsmb u seems so empty without it. :P I remember seeing other miis from people playing the game, where they were at. I kinda liked that. there used to be a message that miiverse was discontinued, but now it says nothing iirc.

I think there's also Pretendo, which will fully replicate the NNID service. unfortunately it is nowhere near ready for release.

Yeah it is. But that's not the point of this thread here.
This thread is very pointless, there isn't a reason why someone should want to remove the Miiverse icon since there are all those solutions for Miiverse revival. If you don't want to use those services then I'd just ignore the icon if I were you.
The only other Solution would be region Changing to Korea, Taiwan, or Honk Kong which is way more trouble than it's worth.

In Short: There's no easy way to remove Miiverse from 3DS without causing other issues, and there isn't much reason to do so anymore.
