Remove NNID from modded 3DS?

Hi. I bought a modded 3DS with luma and godmode9. Want to remove the account on it so I can log in on mine, but the serial number sticker on the back is gone. Anyone know of a way to remove the account? I don't mind if it resets the 3DS.

You'll probably have to go through Nintendo support to properly unlink the old NNID. The serial is required though, and I imagine there's probably homebrew utilities that allow you to see it, but I don't know off the top of my head.

You could use GodMode9 to dump the SecureInfo_A and open it in a text editor (it's just text) to get the serial.

Ok another problem. No matter how many times I do "delete account" it still acts like there is one on the system.

Did you restart the console after deleting the account?

Yep multiple times. Deleted account multiple times. Reformatted 3DS multiple times.

Look like you have to call for them to unlink, you have to explain to these the situation, what content was bought on the 3DS for them to remove the NNID.

I think there's a script in GodMode9 to unlink your NNID. I used it a while ago and it worked.

That only delete it, not unlink, not what OP is looking for.
