Gaming Remote NNID and eShop transfer save backup?

Can anyone please guide me through the process of using my old saves in a new system that Nintendo transferred my NNID to? I was unable to do the transfer myself due to broken 3ds. Thanks!

You can't!

The NNID would be just like a Facebook account if it wasn't that you can only log into it from a console with the last serial number as the previous one (and some admin changed it to say "no previous console"), but the key for SD card files is generated locally on first boot and never leaves the console (except during a real system transfer)...
