I Have Created A New CIA Installer For 2ds. For The FW 11.0. The I Called "has hax gone too far? salt team hates him! free games with one wierd trick!"

Tutorial:
1) Put The Memory Card in Computer
2) Open The 3ds folder and put the Freeshop Folder
3) Remove the memory card and Re Drop In Nintendo
4) Launch The HBL
5) Throw The 2ds At The Wall
6) Smash The 2ds With Brick

    Mentioning a site can be the same as posting a url I will say check if you have an adblocker related plug ins causing issues
