When I play a video the audio seems to lag behind quite a bit but I guess thats to be expected on an o3ds.

Appreciate all the hard work but I'm having a problem. Every time I try to run the bat file it comes up '/files/video
no such file or directory' but they are present. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.

Double check if the folder where you placed the tool has spaces. If so remove them (Something like "VIdeo_Channels_Creator" should be good)

Thanks for getting back to me but I'm afraid that didn't help. I saw in an earlier post something about if you run the bat file as admin it won't work - is that correct?

You probably need to set admin privileges to any executable in stuffs folder to run the whole thing in admin mode.

I'm running it in admin mode as is so I reckon it's not that... hmmm, no worries! Thanks again for getting back to me anyway and for all the great homebrew you've developed.

"C:\Users\Ray\Desktop\3dscia\VIdeo_Channels_Creator\build.bat"

and the 'files' folder with the 'video.mp4' is within the folder with the build.bat

EDIT: I am using the 32 bit version.

The only time my audio lags is when I don't pay attention to fps of the video. Just because the US standard is 29.97 or whatever doesn't mean your video file is. Use the same fps as the original video file. Haven't got a lag yet since doing this.

First I had to place the actual MP4 into the files folder, then when it actually completed it never created the CIA file or I just can't find it.
Took forever then nothing to show.....

    @SylverReZ, cuz of lag?
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    @Xdqwerty, No. Whenever you use the internet on Windows, Microsoft collects personal data and installs bloatware that isn't necessarily needed, such as Edge.

    @SylverReZ,
    I recall @impeeza mentioned some trick about not having bloatware when installing windows where you set up your country to "world" or smh like that

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    Yes, you can debloat the operating system, but in some cases for me it just reinstalls them.

    @SylverReZ,
    I also recall my brother downloded a "non bloated" version of windows 11 on his pc

    @Xdqwerty yes, when you are installing Windows on the first steps you are asked for your current location, you MUST to select «international» so no bloatware is installed, because the bloatware is location based. if this night I have some time I will setup a VM and take screenshots.

OK no problem the issue is he would download DBZ movies and they where amazing usually like 2-8KB in size lol can't remember how many times I had to format and reinstall windows over his stupidity. I even explained to him about file sizes multiple times...

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    @Psionic Roshambo, Yeah, BonziBuddy was both spyware and ad-ware. It collected children's personal information without consent as well as display fake Windows popups.
