According to google, this can happen if your computer blocks the dll. If you look in the tool folder, you can see that dll in there just fine. I'm not sure how to fix this since it's a per computer situation.

Are you sure? If you used a file that was already trimmed, then it would be trimmed. So, if you are not using an ISO that's about 4.5GB then that means what you're using is already trimmed.
I've been investigating this, but I'm not having that problem on my machine. I think it might be a homebrew thing you have, maybe it's an ISFHax or maybe it's an SDUSB thing or something, I'm really not sure.
