Yes, you can go online
If you want to also download the available update then yes, check it
This won't unlock additional DLC, if you have purchased any though it will show up
Yes, it is region locked

Noticed this in the v2.0.1 changelog:-
-Fixed an issue where there were H3 files missing from the downloaded data (thanks @crediar)
Does that mean all downloads using earlier versions are incomplete?

Not necessarily... some of the updates were failing to install and that's when it was noticed...

So if the game installs then it's good.

Otherwise, its missing some files...

I'll add a repair functionality to download / repair missing files probably later tonight

Your new update is not doing anything for me. I click on the ticket it wont download also putting the web page in it wont auto the tickets.

Do you have any file named libNUS.dll alongside the exe?

If you do, delete it

Also, do you have a firewall enabled that could be blocking the app?

Got it working thanks Dan I didn't know you had to delete the old files. Works well I like the new style

also like the auto fetching from the site.

and yeah, there was one version released in a ZIP file with the DLL files outside the EXE and those take precedent over the ones embedded... (and aren't compatible for that matter...)
