I need offline Language Packs (.cab files) for Windows 10 RTM (build 10240)

As the thread title suggests, I need language pack files for Windows 10 that I can install to an offline Windows 10 (build 10240). I need to add them to a WinPE x64 image I'm working on. I can't find them anywhere to download.

If anyone has links to the direct downloads, please let me know, and thanks!
