Add the feature to patch already existing GBA CIAs to modify ghosting and color options?

Hey there! I just created this account to talk about an issue I found, well maybe it's me but it seems more likely that this comes from the GBA VC Injector for 3DS.
The thing is: The Real Time Clock only works on 12 hours. For example, 5:45PM would be 5:45AM. And 11:59AM is followed by midnight. At least on the game I tried (Pokemon Liquid Crystal).

I tried it with mGBA (the emulator) and it works perfectly, it is on a scale of 24 hours (I'm trying to say that PM exists). However the gameplay is much more smoother through VC that's why I think that it would be good to fix it, if possible (who knows maybe it's impossible).

Well thanks again for your Injector Asdolo, I respect your work and if you could answer me somehow it would be much appreciated!

So how does pokemon red vc game has wireless abilities? . Can this patch or something similar work on gba games too?

3DS Limitation, GBA VC operates outside of actual 3DS in is own firmware to emulate the GBA games, GBC VC is operating within 3DS firmware to emulate GBC games which can still use 3DS functions like wireless it is how NES VC and game gear VC can still work. GBA VC can't use any 3ds function when using it. Someone may have to create a Custom GBA VC firmware to do what you may be asking. Is based on observation that I came up with this conclusion, so if i'm wrong someone correct me.

I don't want to sound rude or demanding, but would it be possible to force the injected GBA games to run at their native resolution without holding Start or Select? I don't like the upscaling done by the 3DS, so I always launch older games in their native resolution. It would be handy to not have to hold a button while launching a game.

No without touching the AGB Partition...

So that feature is part of the AGB_Firm... That's what I thought. Unfortunate.
Thank you for your quick answer though.

The GBA could do wireless communication with the Wireless Adapter, but only a handful of GBA games used it.

Problem is, the Wireless Adapter won't fit on a 3DS.
... I mean no shit the adapter won't work. And you just said it. The GBA need an adapter to work wireless, it doesn't work natively.

@Asdolo: Any ideas about how to fit the problem I have pointed out on the top of this 38th page? To me it seems quite easy to fix this RTC thing, but since I don't know your code...

How are you injecting the ROM? I'm talking about the Step 1 and Step 4 options. Maybe checking the RTC option on Step 1?

When I try running the program the icons are all messed up an misaligned. The title text for the banner is also off and trails off the bottom left.

Ok so I used my N3DS XL as Docker container for testing purposes and what I can tell is that RTC doesn't work on v1.0, v1.1 and v1.2.
It does work however on v1.5, v1.6 and v1.6b though but only scaled on 12 hours (midnight to midday).
Hope it can help you somehow @Asdolo

is possible somehow to add other resolution like megaman zero collection? not full screen or native resolution, but something between:
