Probably i solved this issue.
I started working back to System.extractRAR function and i'm getting good results with libUnrar. Probably i'll add RAR extraction support to Filebrowser in next BETA.

Strictly rar, or other formats that the unrar library supports as well? (I.e. 7z, etc) either way, that's awesome

Poor Rin. Every page, "Have you read the the README?". Perhaps Sunshell could generate some default configuration options in a future release, since people won't read the installation instructions, and just assume you can import the cia and be done.
Or a tutorial when you start it up the first time lol

I'm near to finish GPU rendering for lpp-3ds. Video player now uses GPU for rendering so, huge speedup and better framerate.

Forgot what i said, seems that fps is very unstable with long files and also flickering issues. I turned back to CPU rendering.
Anyway, little updates: Added Game titles parsing (What can be seen in Applications) for CIA manager (This was a frequently asked implementation for Big Red Menu), renamed "Cronometer" to "Chronometer" and solved a bug with 3DSX launching from Filebrowser.

Its a shame about the GPU decoding. Maybe eventually someone will work that out, as its really our best shot to get more modern codecs eventually up and running. Cool to see the additional bug fixes, though.

Added all system titles to Game titles list used for parsing, now listing NAND imported cia looks very good:
