I got a small problem with your html for GW Launcher.dat.
I have to clear cookie everytime or it just occurs error, but there is no problem wtih go.gateway-3ds.com.

I used 9.2.0 JPN of O3DS.

That may be a downside of using one universal html - it occupies more space in browser RAM

ROP loader is universal, it loads any ROP payload from files on web server. While this one only uses assigned Gateway loader payloads for all available regions/browser versions.

With 9.5 you ar every limited. Even if with -22 browser version is still exploitable, the rest of the hacks was fixed, so only RegionThree might be useful.

No, ACNL stuff won't work, it uses ARM code execution exploit which was fixed in 9.3

What about this http://usuaris.tinet.cat/mark/acnl_editor/ then? What are the differences between them so that that one works (I haven't tested it, but it says it does) in 9.5?

Well, It uses http://dukesrg.no-ip.org/3ds/rop/?acnldump.dat&acnlram.bin To dump and http://dukesrg.no-ip.org/3ds/rop/?acnlinjc.dat&acnlram.bin to inject, but that is as much I could figure out, or probably actually understand .

Also, I am currently using it to get a fishing rod. For some reason I am cursed for the shop to only sell a net and shovel.

So i enabled ISS and placed index.html to c:\inetpub\wwwroot.
Call my dumb, but how do i access it???, something like this???

But when i try it on my pc it loads a page with a black dot
