I just installed and tried this out today, making sure that Luma3DS option is set, and after downloading SaltySD within the app and starting up the game with A, I just head back to the homescreen. Was there something else I had to do? Thanks!

Make sure your version of smash is selected in smash selector. (Up/down on the dpad)

Make sure you select the game version(region) you want to load in smash selector.

Hey Lads,
I've been trying to get this to work for the past 3 days straight.

The issue is; no matter what I do if saltysd is present, the game will crash right after launch.
Whether I use smash-selector or plain saltysd, The game will crash on launch, before I see any thing.

If i don't use saltysd, the game launches just fine.
I've been trying to use NEOS and smash Turbo'd for mods.

I'm almost 99.99% sure i've been doing all the right things.

I know that I have the folder structure right.
I have the latest version of smash & Luma.
I have the latest version of saltysd and smash-selector.
I have even compiled my own code.bin.

What i've tried doing:
- Erasing my save.
- Reinstalling saltysd & smash selector.
- Compiled my own code.bin
- Tried on both digital and physical versions of the game.
- Double checked code.bin
- not using smash selector (still crashes at launch).
- I've tried used very simple mods (different title screen image)
- Reinstalled the patch
- Double checking luma version
- Double checking luma .ext code launching
- Double checking folder format & structure.
- Double checking everything.

So yea,
Why is this happening to me.

I have a N3DS XL running the latest Luma & A9LH.

Despite being on a EUR 3DS with a EUR Smash cart, smash selector seems to keep downloading the JAP version of SaltySD, is that intended?

It still crashes even if there are no mods present in the folder.
Welp.
As long as you have it enabled, you should be able to launch the game outside of smash-selector from the home menu. Try doing that. Could you also tell if the hash values are correct?
