can you add the option to disable auto zooming on the top screen?
This would be a great addition. It gets very frustrating while playing Monkey Island.
You could have left the CIA in the OP.
It works like a charm for me (10.7 AuReiNand Emu)
Would you mind sharing it with me? Having to boot into EmuNAND and hold buttons while loading things gets old fast.

Awesome, so excited! I completed MI2 completely without a hitch. Looking forward to revisiting more old classics soon, including CoMI!

I know it's a bit late to ask, but just wondering if your next release might include MT-32 emulation, too? I'm keen to see how it will perform on the N3DS. Thanks so much again for bringing this awesome virtual machine to the 3DS!

Will it be possible to turn off the upper screen in the update?

Great work man! :)
Not this update.

Do you know if MT-32 emulation is ever enabled by default, or do you have to change in settings every time? If not, I can add it quite easily without fear if interfering with others.

EDIT: Just tried it on o3ds and doesn't even work, just crashes during load with DoTT. But it doesn't seem to be enabled by default from the looks of it, so I could add it in case it works for n3ds.

is it Possible more or less to be Kind to O3DS users and seperate builds at that rate? we kinda dont need this to be another Dosbox and N3DS Only.

Not necessary. Graphics/audio are configurable if anything causes o3ds to go slow. But it's likely only the games themselves (like Broken Sword) that will be slow on o3ds. The builds will only be different for 3dsx and CIA users. I will include all engines in CIA, but the 3dsx will be limited to the most common ones.

Unless it hold back future development of ScummVM on 3DS.
I bet he can't promosie anything, only future will tell, if dropping O3DS hardware support is a good thing in favor of the better N3DS hardware

[EDIT]
I mean, If in the future, let's say for example, version 3.7 runs ScummVM games as good as it can on O3DS and not much improvement can be done due the limmited O3DS hardware to speed up or get some games running on O3DS that run on N3DS, but there's still improvements with N3DS, i really don't mind the next version (in this example 3.8 or 4.x) dropping O3DS support at all, so version 3.7 would be the last version for O3DS.

Hi Cruel,

Thanks a lot for considering it! I'd love to try it in any case for the N3DS, if it doesn't work then that's that. As far as I know, MT-32 is now a default feature in the newest release of ScummVM according to the site (from 1.8.0) however the roms are still required for it to work.

I possess the legal versions of these (extracted from one of my MT-32 devices).

Thanks again so much for everything!

The latest cia release on github gives me "an error has occured" when I try to start it. I have the audio file dumped on the root of my SD and the 3dsx version does work. Does anyone else have this problem?

Some Testing i've done

Test System:

- N3DS XL
- 128GB Sony SDXC
- Boot HBL Launcher CIA installed on latest GIT build AuReiNand EmuNand 10.7
- Run .3dsx version

Note:
- I know some are not supported, but i just ran them from A to Z to see what would happen anyway :P
- I tested the DOS versions in most cases, else the FMTowns when available, So it could be that the other versions may work (or not)
- Some games when adding, can take some time (more then a minute, some more then 2) before the screen with info pops up where you can click ok, so it really is added to your gamelist
(Mostly CD Rom games)
- Some games not been able to add (if supported) , could be cause of the 128GB SD
- With some Games where you need the keyboard, you have to use the "ENTER" after your command, then press the green ticked symbol key, else the command pops onscreen and stays there (call keyboard again, enter to go on)

Working:

- Bear Stormin' (DOS)
- Beneath a Steel Sky (CD VGA) (With voices)
- Broken Sword 2 - The Smoking Mirror (CD Windows) (With voices)
- Code Name ICEMAN (Floppy DOS)
- Conquest of Camelot (Floppy DOS)
- Conquest of the Longbow: The Legend of Robin Hood (Floppy EGA DOS)
- EcoQuest 1 - The Search for Cetus (CD DOS/Windows) (With voices)

Not Working:
- Bargon Attack (Floppy DOS) (ScummVM couldn't find a game in the folder)
- Bud Tucker in Double Trouble (ScummVM keeps looking for the game after select to add it, so can't add it)
- Castle of Dr. Brain (CD DOS) - (Freezes at black screens, hard reset needed)
- Cruise for a Corpse (VGA DOS) (ScummVM couldn't find a game in the folder)
- Darby the Dragon (CD Windows) (ScummVM couldn't find a game in the folder)
- Discworld 1 (CD DOS v2) (ScummVM keeps looking for the game after select to add it, so can't add it)
- Discworld 2 (CD DOS) (ScummVM keeps looking for the game after select to add it, so can't add it) (Can freeze your 3DS, not always)
- Dragon History (Floppy DOS) (ScummVM couldn't find a game in the folder)
- Dracula (CD DOS) (ScummVM keeps looking for the game after select to add it, so can't add it) (Can freeze your 3DS, not always)
- Dreamweb (CD DOS) (ScummVM couldn't find a game in the folder)
- Elvira 1 - Misstress of the Dark (Floppy DOS) (Slow, even on N3DSXL)
- Elvira 2 - The Jaws of Ceberus (Floppy DOS) (Slow, even on N3DSXL)

Not tested cause i don't like them or didn't feel like testing them for now :P
- Backyard games
- Blue Force (CD DOS) (forgot to add it)
- Blue's games
- Big Thinkers games
- Testing ScummVM on my O3DSXL for now!
- EcoQuest 2 - Lost Secret of the Rainforest (Floppy DOS) (forgot to add it)
