Homebrew [Release] Purgification - Purging tool for Notifications

I'm having this same problem, and I can't figure out how to delete those empty spots completely. Pressing X to delete them does nothing permanent.

Try this.

1. Turn off system.
2. Turn on system.
3. Open purification.
4. Look for the empty slots.
5. Press X to delete.
6. Press start to exit.
7. Turn off system.
8. Turn on system.

Hopefully this actually let you delete doing this.

Hey Guys I have a problem... I deleted all my notifications using this Homebrew... And now I feel a bit empty , so I want them back. I recently bought my New 3DS, thus there weren't many notifications, precisely the tutorial ones, like "Home Menu", "Play Coins", etc... Is there a way to Import them on my 3ds?
