Can this be used as NDS or only CFW?

uhh , I can´t get it to show the option "Enable MysteryGift Redirector".

I cant make it work D: I put the plg file in this directory: SD/plugin/home/000400000011C500 and it doesnt appeared in the NTR menu. Please help D:

Put it in Sd/Plugin/Home

You don't need another sub directory with the title ID.
