PF2M already made it clear in the first post that he did not want anyone using the tool in that way, but unfortunately, we cannot just use mind control on the people who abuse the features of this tool for posting inappropriate images.

you must be new on the internet... memeverse was never safe in the first place. If you look in the correct communities or for the correct artists, you will find a lot of nsfw or suggestive artwork being posted everyday.

Sorry, we can't do anything about NSFW pictures being posted on Miiverse, other than having the disclaimer of "don't start NSFW raids on GBATemp" in the main thread. I do not (publically) endorse the usage of this tool for NSFW purposes, but I can not and will not stop anyone from using this tool in such ways. Again, I apologize, but this is something that cannot be done with ease.

I found a neat Google trick if you're too lazy to resize your pictures.
Head to "Search Tools > Size > Exactly..." and type in "400x240". (320x240 for bottom screen) Then all the pictures will be at the size of the 3DS's top screen!
You can use this for many things, including fake leaks or professionally-resized pictures.
I personally used it to find this beautiful picture of Donald Trump:

Anyways, hope anyone still using this tool has fun with it!

The tools themselves aren't illegal. The crime is distributing pornographic content to minors. Which by logic makes the internet illegal.
