What would be the absolute limit of reasoning for posting something on Miiverse?
Like, if I mocked up a photo of a glitch and posted it, would I get banned even if Nintendo couldn't prove it's not actually a glitch?

i did the - world glitch in SMB nes with Speed Mario Bros. NES REMIX minigame

Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that NES Remix is a more recent game, and the other glitches were done on VC??
Not sure. Seems like Nintendo is just cherry-picking glitch posts.

There's this guy who put hidden stuff on the 3D layer. Of course, you can't do that with this program yet, but I just thought I'd note that that's a great way to get pictures through the admins.

I finally figured out the algorithm for the Community ID editing! Expect around 5-10 new CIAs tomorrow.

I am curious, if you get banned from miiverse, does your nnid and online games get banned too?

As I said on the OP of this thread, eShop-related stuff and online play are not affected in any way. It affects more things on the Wii U, but not that much. (Splatoon Miiverse posts in the plaza, Mario Maker level-uploading (playing still works)) And even if you do have a Wii U, you can just make a new alternate account, unlike on the 3DS.
