Hey, everyone! I have some news to share!
A NEW VERSION OF MCIT IS HERE!!
I decided that I've had enough of MCIT v1.2's BS, so I made a new version that's 10x as convenient!

This version, Miiverse Custom Image Tool v1.3, will automatically cycle through images, so you don't have to plug it into a PC for every other image!

Here's a link to the CIA building kit for v1.3, and here's an example Smash Bros. CIA.

Full feature list:
  • Automatically cycles through a folder on your SD card, so you don't need a computer for every individual image.
  • Automatically opens the home menu when a new image is shown, so you don't need a Home button anymore.
  • Automatically exits to the home menu when all images have been shown. (I should call this the Automation Update!)
  • Can be upgraded to without installing new CIAs! If you have existing v1.1 CIAs and would still like to run the new version, just replace your index.lua file with this one! (Note that this won't give you the glossy new banners introduced in v1.2.)
  • Includes the updated banner and icon files, as long as you're using CIAs made with the latest build kit.
  • Doesn't require an index.lua file, as v1.2 did. (as long as the latest build kit is used)
  • Has no pineapple on pizza.
Note that v1.3 doesn't support 3D mode like in v1.2. You'll have to use either v1.2, or the v1.1 index3d file included in the /miicustom folder on my site for this.

Information on how to format your images for the new version:
  1. Create a new folder on your SD card, and name it "images".
  2. Place all your images, in PNG format, in this folder. (Resized to 400x240 (320x240 for the bottom screen), as usual)
  3. Rename them all to "1.png", "2.png", "3.png", etc. in the order you want to upload them.
  4. Open your 3DS, install the CIA (if needed), and run it.
  5. The program should automatically show 1.png and open the home menu. Put this on Miiverse.
  6. Reopen the application, and it will automatically show 2.png. Do the same, if you have said image.
  7. Rinse and repeat, until you're out of images. Then the program will exit to the home menu, and you can go on with your day again.
I've made this as easy-to-use as possible! Now, to update the main post...

I think if you use proxy, Nintendo can not see your IP and if you change your region (like EUR to JPN), you will not have the same admins of your main country

I created my latest account on a proxy, and it still got banned within hours of making it. I guess you have to have a proxy on all devices you use Miiverse on. This makes things so much harder.

Make a new Serial number, try to change your own IP with ISP and region change (to USA\EUR\JPN) i think:unsure:

I hate having to say this.
Nintendo never uses or have used the IP address. They don't use the MAC address anymore, either, for Miiverse services.
Nintendo DOES know your IP and MAC address, and use them, but not to track Miiverse bans. However, they can recognize your IP address right after you create a new account and start posting on it. This is how PF2M, me and Lambie PJs get banned immediately when making alts. Perhaps a system will be implemented like this in the future, who knows.

How is it annoying? Will it kill you to turn off yeah notifications for god's sake, or even better, use this handy button called "Block User"
I know the yeahs are not legit, and that is why you get mad, but Jesus, please get over it.

Ugh, I already did turn off yeah notifications. Why do you people always think that I have yeah notifications on just because I don't like yeah bots? And I did block, them, too.

They will know your IP when you will confirm your e-mail.

I don't think it's really useful to do this just for a Miiverse account...
Changing your IP at each time you go to Miiverse....

Ya it's true, but this is for the crazy people like me:grog:
