I played something and there are currently too many bugs in loadiine gx2. I now think that you should really only use it for n64 and nds.

I only want to use some Loadiine N64/DS roms I got off Wii U USB Helper because I filled up the 300 limit on the Wii U menu, but I deleted 1 game so I could install the Loadiine forwarder but it doesn't work. I tried different versions it always black screens. I have CBHC so it's not that. Loadiine works fine in Homebrew Launcher, but not the forwarder.

This version works perfectly with the forwarders

Does it need to be installed to internal? I am not sure I put the link you gave me in wiiu/apps and I installed the forwarder from the first page and it still black screen.

Having the same problem, using the same version as that link. Works fine from homebrew launcher.

I had the loadiine elf in the wrong folder apparently. I moved it to sd:/wiiu/apps/loadiine_gx2 and now the forwarder works.

It's worth noting the following issues:
You can't quit Loadiine until you start a game.
If using the homebrew launcher, you can't quit the hbl and then launch the forwarder, you must launch the forwarder on a fresh boot into cfw that hasn't visited the homebrew launcher yet.

Hello,

Would you happen to know where I can download to know where I can download the loadiine forwarder? I clicked on the OP link and Brian Acuna link below it on the first page and the Brian Acuna link gives me a 404 error. If you wouldn't mind sending me the file for I can install it on my wii U. It would be great assistance.

Thank you

Hello there,

Thank you very much for your help in getting the loadiine forwarder to work on my Wii U. I am hoping you can help me out with loadiine. When I play Super Mario Advance 4 for VC Game Boy Advance works great, but when I press the home button and exit software, my Wii U stays stuck on the Wii U logo and I have to force power off my Wii U each time I play that particular game. I tried other virtual games and they exit back to my Wii U menu just fine.

Also wondering if you know how can I go back into loadiine once I am booted back into the Wii U menu after I exit the program. I read that you can go back into loadiine if I go into the Mii channel, but I go into the Mii channel and it boots into the Mii channel and asks for the gamepad to sync for I can use the Mii channel.

Is there still no way to switch games on loadiine while you are in the program?

Thank you.

that I don't remember unfortunately. the settings in loadiine are like the +/- or 1 and 2 buttons, can't recall which. it may be a setting to go back to loadiine. as for the problem with that game, I don't know. could be a bug.

I just tested it using mii maker, which is used by the launch setting. super mario advance 4 worked and exited without issue. even with tiramisu installed (supposed to launch the homebrew launcher by default through mii maker), loadiine launched correctly.

alright, you might find this funny, but exiting loadiine through mii maker, launches the homebrew launcher, exiting out of that loads mii maker, exiting out of that loads the home menu. lmao

Oh okay. Yeah the settings is LZ button or click on the setting button on the gamepad. In game settings, the button is RZ button. The loader settings have the Mii Channel mode selected . I watched a youtube video of a person successfully re-entering loadiine through the mii channel. Hopefully another user who has successfully utilized the Mii Channel Mode to work on their Wii U to work correctly can help me out.

Hopefully someone else that has that GBA VC game on loadiine can test it out and see if their system stays on the Wii U logo screen after exiting that game.

Okay then. Thank you.

Hmm. Not sure why when I exit loadiine through a game it kicks me back to the Wii U menu. It seems you have your Mii Channel Mode running correctly. I believe we have the same version of loadiine.

Hmm... I am booting into loadiine with the channel forwarder and also tried it with the homebrew launcher and it boots into loadiine correctly. When you closed Super Mario Advance 4 it booted you back to the Wii U menu?

yes, booting back to the wiiu menu is normal. you have to go back into the launch title to get back in quickly.
