I have both and I can't seem to find DLC anywhere in Ciangel, only updates I think. Do you need to look somwehere specific?

I really like the GUI of the freeshop and the 3D banner, it would be cool if dlc or update support is added.

The latest update broke some things for me, I can't queue games anymore, it will add it to the queue but then disappear. I also think games will fail to install at the end if i use the search feature while installing a game. Not sure on that one but the first problem is for sure.
Oh, my bad. Guess it doesn't do DLC.

CIAngel does have DLC, I've actually used it to get DLCs for super smash and hyrule warriors. But it depends on what title keys are present in that site's database so that might explain why Asterik can't find them.

If you pay attention to the bottom screen, it will say "Type: DLC"

Xenoblade Chronicles (E) installation always fails. Tried a few times with freeShop 1.1 and 1.2. Everything else installs fine. Any idea why?

Thank you, CIAngel does have dlc and updates.

Yes, I'm on N3DS. A9LH + Luma3DS.

Try finding and deleting the ticket for the game using FBI, you can look up the ticket using the site that hosts the file freeshop uses

Edit: I'm not sure if I also updated the keys after that. I think I did because the game wouldnt have showed up or downloaded?? lol I had the same problem with a different game and that's how I solved it.

How did you make it possible to get DLC with CIAngel also is it possible to get fire emblem revelations with this?

I don't know what this ticket stuff is, but I only downloaded the ticket that is requested for the application itself to run and I started downloading away. Is there any downside or anything I should be aware of when using this app?

As far as i know, it's always been possible. CIAngel downloads directly from Nintendo's CDN and the dlc are uploaded there. As long as the wings.json has the keys to those dlc they can be downloaded (at least that's how i think it works).

No idea if you can get revelations, I went and downloaded the Special Edition from a different source to have all the paths in Fates so i didn't bother looking for dlc.

TheCruel won't be linking it explicitly to any specific titlekey database, you are required to provide one on your own. The database you use _should_ be one from your specific 3DS, and you _should_ use this purely for reinstalling titles (Or creating CIA's? I'm not sure if it supports that) of your own legit purchased games. If YOU decide to use a titlekey database of games you don't own, then it's your choice to use it for piracy :)
what is this title key stuff if you don't mind me asking? All I downloaded was encTitleKeys.bin and I started downloading games. Is this a problem? Do I need keys or what not?

After deleting the Xenoblade Chronicles ticket with FBI I started the download again: After a while I got this error message:

Failed to install Content: 0xD8E08066

@TheCruel.
I say you are okay to ditch the videos and so.
Those videos take up a HUGE amount of space in the original eShop and they do nothing but to make it harder to find games in there.
I hate to go through 20 or so videos just to ind the stupid Majora's Mask update.

So yeah, you get one vote here to ditch those E3 and other videos from freeShop :)

Hmm that's odd. Did you update the enctitlekeys.bin file? There is also an app that updates it for you from your 3ds so you don't have to update it from your computer.

Only thing I can think of is to delete all the tickets for the game including the different region ones and to update the keys.bin file. Check the titles installed in FBI to see if it somehow lists the game but isn't on the menu.

If that doesn't work then I dont know whats up. That's how I solved the same problem with Ironfall not installing, I was on 1.1 when that problem occured

Check the space available on your SD card. I believe this a capacity error.

I've gotten this error plenty of times. I think it happens when there's some sort of corruption of the content being installed (e.g. download issue). I'm working to make downloading more stable, which I think will minimize this problem.

Did you suspend the app, reorder the queue or anything like that? Or did you just start the download and let it run for a while?

There's a certain well known iso site, I don't think I can give the exact name. The site has a lot of light green and is forum based. It also has the seperate dlc for fates special edition
