D'oh... I'm dumb. For some reason I assumed this worked on 9.2 emuNAND on N3DS without reading the OP, and now I have an update nag. -_-

Guess I'm going to have to restore the emuNAND backup I made yesterday.

Today I released a new beta version
Today I released a beta version: 0.6-beta4(71)
This version adds autopatching, changelogs and development builds(some may be broken).
Also it fixes some bugs like the return from homemenu bug.
The full changelog is available on github:
https://github.com/hartmannaf/Free-multi-Patcher/releases/tag/0.6-Beta4(71)

To updater use the updater include inside of the FMP, or download it from github.
To disable autopatching temporarily, hold L while starting the FreeMultiPatcher.

Nintendo change the minimum nver version again to 10.5 ones, so you need to install the newest nver, or you need to update to 10.5, these are the way you will be able to use the eshop.
We would need a patch for act to send the newest nver version instead of the real one, to ignore these changes in future, but I have not enough time/experience to make one. And now with support for newest firmware its not needed, so its priority is very low.
