@d0k3 I have 2 questions, 1st, can we use custom boot pictures? 2nd, can we tell it to load luma from nand on boot?

@d0k3 is there a way to load all payloads, fastboot, and the config from nand?

Custom boot pictures are only possible when you compile yourself. And, yeah, you can have a config on NAND, but that config is copied to any SD card you use, and the SD card takes priority. This is done so you don't mess up your config file and end up with a softbrick (you can always copy a proper config to the SD card, which will take priority).

Yeah, FIRM1 is never normally touched unless FIRM0 is corrupted as far as I know.

Forgot. Well, enabling the user to select this would make stuff pretty complicated. I don't think the 3DS folder is a bad location. Assuming you use Rosaline / HBloader / several other homebrews, you got that folder anyways. And, at least you now exactly where to search for it.

Okay, that should have been in the readme... just put the update somewhere on your SD card and update via NAND tools -> update fastboot3DS.

Can you provide more info? Is this reproducable? What console is this (O3DS/N3DS)? Do you boot without SD and the insert the SD while fastboot3DS is running? At what point do you insert the SD and at what point does the freeze occur? Does this happen on 1.0-stable or on the beta?

Well, yesterday I was trying for a while and it happened a couple of times in a row after the first, today I tried it and nothing, it does not freeze. It is an O3DS with FB3DS 1.0 Stable. It happened right on the only FB3DS screen, I tried to move the cursor in the FB3DS menu but it did not move but as I said, suddenly it does not happen when I wanted to reproduce it today.

So it's just random?
