There's no build bot that I know of at the moment. We're willing to do a new release though, if a few people are willing to test.

Check my other message in open_agb_firm thread.

Download godmode9, boot it as a payload, navigate to fastboot3ds.firm > FIRM image options.. > Install FIRM > Install to FIRM0.

I haven't done this so I'm not sure how safe it is. Maybe other user can explain it better. In the meantime you can boot it from Luma3DS chainloader.
