ROM Hack [Release] Every File Explorer

I don't want to download 3rd party firmware on my N3DS.

Now that is a funny statement if I ever heard one. Braindump is a homebrew app, ARM11 userland if I'm correct. No risks or anything, it just dumps whatever title you select in the homebrew launcher, cartridge or installed on the 3DS.

I have the rom, .cia, and .xorpads. I don't know where to look on how to use these three. Is there a tutorial? So I don't have to bother you :<

Well if you have the .cia, install that and then you can braindump it. Either that or see this on decrypting 3DS games.

Install with FBI or any other CIA installer, you need a 9.2 firmware 3DS for that.

I haven't updated my New 3DS but it's 9.6, does this mean I have to do this from scratch?

You'll have to regardless. The only way you'll be able to stay in userland and do anything related to the romfs, you'd have to have the ROM and XORPads for the region of the ROM.
If you do find XORPads for your ROM's region, you can use the old Ohana3DS to decrypt it. That's as far as I've gone back in the day. I've done things through Braindump ever since it was a thing.

Ohana3DS / O3DSRebirth are really just model viewers at the core.
The old Ohana3DS can function as a ROM decryptor and container extractor as well. I'm pretty sure there are better tools for both functions, though. If you can't find them, just use Ohana3DS's.
and yes, you'll have to dig all into you find the actual model file itself for the models you wanna see/export ect.

I can't open the old Ohana3DS even though I have the latest Microsoft Net Framework and DirectX

I really want to edit some stuff for OoT3D/MM3D and I have only found ways to convert .CTXB->.PNG :/

Hi, I'm trying to edit "Nintendo 3DS Camera" banner1.bcmdl, and COMMON1.png is shown but not supported for importing, Ohana shows that it is in L4(grayscale) format, and it to doesn't support it it to, even shows and export it corrupted. Please add support
