I have no problem with people who want to put ads on their personal sites or whatever. Just don't use a service that's known to spread malware. Because zero-day attacks do happen. Ones that defeat common defensive measures are rare, but they happen too. The only way to block them completely is to block the ads. (Even a VM could theoretically be exploited)Kasumi Goto said:

It's super easy. Just drop the 3dsx in the HBL folder, enter the HBL and run DspDump. It will dump it and exit automatically. Nothing else is needed.
Did you follow plailect's guide? If you did, there should be a folder called '3ds' on the root of your SD card (not the 'Nintendo 3DS' folder, just '3ds'). In that folder you put the 3dsx.
HBL = Homebrew Launcher = the '3ds' folder at the root of your SD card.
A month late, but since this wasn't answered: hbloader_launcher chainloads the HBL payload, which hijacks a system title (Download Play?) in order to get permissions and the DSP firmware. The CIA itself doesn't have the DSP firmware. It's just a convenient way to get into HBL if you have the ability to launch unsigned titles.
