It seems, that was the solution. Thanks!Try "Force saving patched FIRM" in the options. See if that fixes the problem.

How to activate? Or is it active per default?Well, region free, if you're into that.

I ask, because my Majoras Mask JP Cartridge is not shown in Home-Menu...
PyYAML works fine on 3.5. You could try `C:\python3whatver\python.exe -m pip install pyyaml`, instead of installing it with the installer from the website, but either way is fine.
To be honest? Priority is not very high, as you can just grab a firmkey instead. That said, I want it to be fixed before next stable release.

Disable the "Enable EmuNand" patchAny plans for booting into sysnand option?
Disable the "Enable EmuNand" patch
You'll need to enable the FIRM write protect patch. In that mode is it safe to update sysnand if i disable update protection cake?
You'll need to still install GBA games to both sysnand and emunand. You may need to patch agb firm on sysnand, I don't know because I use an updated sysnand setup. Is it still required to install GBA games to both sysnand and emunand? and for that matter do we have to install the patched agb to sysnand as well?

If you update SysNAND WITHOUT FIRM write protection it'll either remove arm9loaderhax on o3ds or brick on n3ds.Will that lead to a brick? I mean system update in the one hand and block update patch on the other
