Ah, thanks- my bad.
After reading the current nightly information in the OP now it is working.
And it seems, the name of the cake can be freely selected.
Great! B-)

PyYAML works fine on 3.5. You could try `C:\python3whatver\python.exe -m pip install pyyaml`, instead of installing it with the installer from the website, but either way is fine.

Oh cool. Will try updating and test it out.

As for the nightlies and latest changes. Haven't had an issue yet. So far working fine on my n3ds. Thanks!

So, info about the new nightly with TWL_FIRM patching:
The installation procedure is the same as with AGB_FIRM: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-cakesfw.391200/page-145#post-6229995
I unified the firmurl files into one. Check here to download AGB_FIRM and TWL_FIRM for your console: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mid-kid/CakesForeveryWan/master/firmurls
Here go the TWL_FIRM patches:
twl_signatures.cake (patches signature checks, duh): http://chunk.io/f/a9a6c6a55aec49db9a31a96e7aacc703.cake
twl_cartridges.cake (allows all DS cartridges to boot/disables whitelist): http://chunk.io/f/31654908af9547dba67504d497c7ca1d.cake

Any updates on decrypting cetk through a9lh to obtain the firmkey without booting into <= 9.2 sysnand/emunand? How high is it on your priority list? Can a similar approach to @d0k3's Decrypt9WIP method on a9lh be used?

To be honest? Priority is not very high, as you can just grab a firmkey instead. That said, I want it to be fixed before next stable release.

Did I miss something? Does decryption from A9LH work?

Is it still required to install GBA games to both sysnand and emunand? and for that matter do we have to install the patched agb to sysnand as well?

You'll need to still install GBA games to both sysnand and emunand. You may need to patch agb firm on sysnand, I don't know because I use an updated sysnand setup.
