Yep! Breadbox is very nice!

One thing I'm not sure about. Do Breadbox use the 804 Mhz mode for the N3DS? It is only a couple of lines of code. But that will make Breadbox 3x faster! :)

At the moment, Breadbox doesn't need to be 3x faster, why would it?

Nope it doesn't have to be 3x faster! :) But during my tests, Breadbox was around 57 fps with a little stuttering audio as a result. If Breadbox became around 10 % faster, then it would be a solid fullspeed. So I think it is worth a try atleast. As it is only one or a two lines of code :)

Found two bugs in the CIA version:
- Keyboard is stuck on CAPS-lock after pressing any key
- After starting the emulator once where everything worked fine, now it gives me a "device not present error" when strting a disk image.

The device not present error is a weird one, it seems completely random and I couldn't figure out what was causing it. There is a small work around though, if you're getting that error, just load a .prg file then try loading the .d64/.t64 after that. It seems to work most of the time.

Most of the prefs are not really editable, a lot of them are ignored completely.

Ok, I'll try that later after I get home. What about the CAPS-lock problem? This actualy makes it impossible to type anything meaningful (like 'y' or 'n') ...
