Hi!
These tools were actually released a while ago but not that many people know of their existence so I thought I would post about it here.
The following tools can edit levels in the Tanks! minigame in Wii Play.
Blitzkrieg Cartography - This tool can create and edit levels (You must create the level in both 16:9 and 4:3, You can do so by clicking on File -> New Map)
Blitzkrieg Nomenclature - This tool can edit the name of each stage and make it into an ASM Patch or a Riivolution Memory Patch
Blitzkrieg Technology - This tool can edit the ingame parameters and change the type and Behaviour of Tanks in a level
Special thanks to KILL043 and carassius_rex for Reverse Engineering the file formats and creating the programs
