I need help, I used the text to item hack and used the item id 22f2 and received an eel. I turned it in for the fishing tourney, but it was 0 inches long. Please help me to increase its length to at least 45.

I have a US version of ACNL Welcome Amiibo on my European system.
Evey time I launch ntr and then the game, nothing shows up (not cheats menu), and I tried Rosalina it said no cheats found for 0004000000198E00.
Help?
Or should I post this elsewhere?

hi all

ive been having some difficulties trying to get the chats working on my acnl.
ive got the latest ntr running and that works fine, but whenever i load up the game i dont get the green flash. ive done everthing the original post says to do. ive even tried putting the plugin in a seperate plugin folder like some other people have said to do.
i know ive also got the right ID file name as well.
i did at one point get the green flash pop up before trying through this way but the cheats didnt pop up either.
although, when i load the game and select my character, pressing X+Y does bring up the cheat menu thing, but nothing comes of that and getting out of it duplicates the top screen to the bottom screen.
ive been trying to get this to work for days now and im really stuck.
any help would be great.
i wouldnt mind starting all again, but i dont want to delete any file off my SD i shouldnt.

You're opening up the NTR menu, not the cheat plugin menu. Press Start and it'll open it.

Yes, there's an option called "Main street unlocker" (iirc it was called like that) that lets you choose what buildings on the shop district you have unlocked

Actually I think I got it all figured out, and this is a really good NTR! Probably one of the best I've seen for any game! My only questions are 1. How do you place things in water? Really, really, push select. Then try X+Y (look in "game plugin"). Finally, make sure you didn't goof, as in, "Does the 3DS splash screen turn green when you start AC?"

Outdoor items (stuff that starts with 00) can't be placed into your inventory with this plugin, unstead you should use Real Time World Edit in the environment code section to set outdoor items on the ground. That will allow you to put stuff in water too.

The plugin only works for ACNL, it doesn't work for the version of the game that has the update pre-installed. In other words, you're installing cheats for a different game.

Animal Crossing New Leaf - Welcome Amiibo's TID is 0004000000198E00 (EUR)
You need a copy of ACNL that doesn't have the Welcome Amiibo update pre-installed, it doesn't matter if it's a digital copy or not, just make sure it doesn't have the update pre-installed.
