export it as obj, seen on your modelling software use in Material "out of bound" Mirror and not Tiles for Texture repetition
That how nintendo files work :)

Thank you. Guess I'll need to install Maya as OMV doesn't seem to have that option.

I remember hardware ram dumping like neimod's setup would be capable of returning the keys.
pretty sure the keys will never be in ram........ordinarily at least, but if the keys are indeed in the launcher though, something like that might be possible, but idk :)

Does anyone know how to extract the ExeFS? I've decrypted it and tried to extract it using ctrtool but I keep on getting "Unknown File" :)

you think they are going to let you dump non encrypted 7x games?
because if they will they will make thier own bricking code useless because you can use any cart with any firmware.
hey, i never said that gateway would let us dump unencrypted 7.x games... i meant that gateway DOES let us use .3ds files with 0 key encryption, because you said that -

The first step will be to remove gateway from the picture because they won't ever support 0 key roms.
because then you can use any firmware to run the games.

even if the 7.x roms are decrypted, this will not always be enough, some games will require the actual new features of a firmware, and not simply the updated keys.

well tbh assuming there was a way to decrypt 7.x content and that the clones enabled running 0 key encrypted content, running 7.x games would be possible on 7.1 even if they cant actually decrypt the real 7.x content........but tbh im kinda thinking the requirement of running 7.x is just to deal with 7.x encryption, not actually that they wouldn't work on lower firmwares if they where pre-decrypted.

but in all fairness i think gateway are delaying the inevitable, as long as there is money to be made the clones will be looking for some way to rip it off without having to actually do the work themselves

sure, i thought i covered that by saying 'this will not always be enough' :) i would think it would be possible to re-encrypt the games for a lower firmware, without the newer keys, but new firmwares can add new apis, functions etc, so it is not just a matter of being able to decrypt it, you will also have to add the new functions from the newer firmware.
i think some guy here said that some new game(s) require functions in the newer firmwares, not just the keys.

- i understand what you are saying

Could anyone help me with this? Is there a way to fix those textures in Maya? What Baoulettes said seems to be for 3DS Max (which I don't have intalled) and I can't find any option here to do it. Bulbasaur is nearly fine, just the eyes are weird, and some lines on his mouth/head. Meloetta... I don't even want to know how it got screwed up this badly. And Keldeo is nearly fine, just the eyes (like with Bulbasaur) and some weird lines on his nose and underside.

Hey guys ;)
I first used the original VOiD launcher. As reported by many, I finally got white screen (freeze?) after a long period.
Then tried xerpi's repackaged version, and I can't go really far with it.
On my 8gb microSD : it hangs at "Opening ncchinfo.bin"
on my 32gb SD : hangs just after, at "Reading info"

Really don't know what's wrong with my config... I'm using gateway rop loader, my SD are totally empty, and ncchinfo.bin has been generated by the very first version of ctrkeygen.exe
Games tried so far : Mario kart v1.1 (EUR), GuruGuru Tamagotchi (JPN)

Try using xerpi's latest version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/g0znm6uyikawy74/Launcher.dat?dl=0

It works perfectly for me =)

Yeah, got stuck on 'Reading info' when I tried to generate xorpads for Project X Zone.
Repeated multiple times, always got stuck there. 32GB Samsung SD.

Legend of Zelda - A Link Between Worlds worked flawlessly though.

EDIT: yeah, it may take a lot of attempts until it goes right.

I get this more often than not, and I shut down and try again. Sometimes it works on the second or third attempt, sometimes it works on the 20th.

you are very patient to check something 20 times before you think it is broken :)
luckily for me everything worked perfectly, first time, shortly after this topic was created

Found a way to manually fix it :)
It require only a bit of work if you know uvw mapping =)

It seem the model you convert have several "mirror" in uvw map repetition and your converter just can't handle it properly.

So here a result of what I get with Meloetta in few mins for exemple :
(big screen)

"Then tried xerpi's repackaged version, and I can't go really far with it." I'm using this one already.

I followed your advices and retried again and again. Finally it worked !
Not on my 8gb microSD unfortunately, even after 10+ tries. But on the 32 Gb card :
Riding Stables 3D > 1st try
Mario Kart 1.1 > 3rd try
Guru Guru Tamagotchi > 3rd try

For Tamagotchi I voluntary used a known "bad dumped ROM" to see if decryption fails somewhere during the process. But no, finally all ended fine. Too bad we can't detect a bad dump this way..

I hope the converter will make it automatly (the uvw fix) cause that a certain work that some people might not be able to do ^^'

Well, the current converter used is made by Smealum, I sadly don't have knowledge to try and fix anthing (especially in Python scripting as I don't know it)
