Hi,
You need to have JK's save manager or Checkpoint on your 3DS
- Extract your save file, your save file is "sysdata.dat"
- Make a backup of your save file in case, this save editor is not update to do a backup before any changes.
- Edit as you want
- restore your save file with JK's save manager or Checkpoint

If you want Tomodachi Life save editor have a complete tutorial to extract and restore save file :
Open it
Click on "Menu", in menu click on "Manual", you will have tutorial to restore and extract save file with both save manager, just do same things for Nintendog's + cats

this save editor work only with 3DS versions (French Bulldog & New Friends, Golden Retriever & New Friends, Toy Poodle & New Friends)

"bak" folder is in same folder as your .exe file

I find it weird: running the .exe file and tells me that i can't access this file. Then it deletes itself. How do i fix it? I run Windows 10!!!

I have had only one issue with editing Nintendogs save files. I have all three of the 3ds games digitally on my daughter's 2ds and i wanted to edit all three of them to add max money/items/trainer points. I tried making them into 3 backups and modded all three saves separately for each game, but after applying them it only edited one of the games save file for some reason. Do you know if there is a way to edit all three or is this only gonna work with one save at a time due to how these save files work?
