Guys, confirmed:

<@yellows8> so erm.... the code binaries for that "cfw" which leaked is others old stuff combined with my own old stuff...
<@derrek> this guy has stolen our stuff, this is 100% our work!
<@derrek> Vappy: "old, buggy, and just about functioning it seems" yes, it even includes the bugs we had

-From #3dsdev

Really man, say what you want. I've rebuilded the CIA of the SDK DevMenu, and installed. In fact i have more versions of it. You are free to not believe me.
of course you do. I take that back. I am stupid. I do not even know what an sdk is. Please ignore this drama and passionately continue your work.

Here's a snippet from the FAQ on the page hosting the CFW:

"Little FAQ:

Q: Did you made this tool?
A: No, yellows8 made it "

Leaker never claimed credit for making it.

What means "Replace your emuNAND or anything at the sector one of your SD card by your NAND" ?

I feel exactly the same actually.

FWIW it wasn't for nothing. This is an ancient copy of a half-finished frankenstein's monster of software, just about functional. You could be fully capable of making something more functional.

With all the upset about stealing, I would hope the 7.X keys that devs were using were got independently and not just stolen from a decrypted Gateway loader after they got them.

I'm taking that it means to replace the emunand installation with your 4.5 nand backup using the emunand tool

Don't be unhappy. Now you have something to work with and make better. They way you said that just sounds like you wanted to only have it for yourself and be one of the people that should be hated on a scene.

I guess some people forgot that there used to be time when scene development was done by building off of the releases instead of having to rebuild the wheel every time.
