Hacking ReiNX, RCM and fuses

I am booting with a jig to get into RCM after which I run the ReiNX payload. Everytime I want to put files on my SD card I switch off the device, take the sd card out and put new files on it.

Once done I put the jig in again to get into RCM for loading the ReiNX payload.

I read some information about fuses and I wonder if this method burns fuses, which may cause trouble at a later time. Are my worries valid and should I adjust the above method or don't I have to worry at all ?

fuses are burned when you update your FW and then boot through default bootloader.
So this will never burn any fuses.

To be clear to the noobs, they are burnt on any normal boot. You just have to be trying to boot a version that will burn more fuses than you already have burned.
