Hacking reinstalling 3.2

so, ive been trying a bunch of these hacks and sometimes i have to get to a fresh 3.2 systemmenu to start over again. what i do now is downgrade to 3.1 and then upgrade to 3.2 with cios downgrader 1.2. i just aquired the systemmenu-v289.wad and have tried to in stall that over my 3.2 with cioscorp to find that i can still see my backups in the disc channel. it wasnt fully removed, i guess. now im asking the question "what way method should use to get to a fresh 3.2?". i think that downgrading to 3.1 and up again to 3.2 may be the best, but am i wrong? any input would great, thanks.

you're right go any other version, then use cIOS and IOS Downgraders to 3.2...!!!
