Hacking Reinand Wont Update from 10.7

I have been trying for a while now to update my Reinand Emunand on my new 3ds xl from 10.7 to the latest version but when i try to update it says An error has occurred Unable to update The system will now be restarted i can not use 3dsnus as my antivirus does not like the program

ignore the antivirus, 3dnus is certainly not a virus

I have tried to work around it but have had no luck i cant get it open

Cant as i dont have admin power on the pc i am using and my pc freaks out when it is disabled

Then you're out of luck...
And try luma, not reinand

Just delete the reinand related stuff(boot.3dsx/arm9loaderhax.bin+reinand folder) and replace them with luma's boot.3dsx/arm9loaderhax.bin + luma3ds

Thanks for your help i have it working but in system setting it says 10.7 but doesnt say emunand

Thanks got Luma in the end although i get a black screen when i load it and it seems to stick their

Try luma 5.2 instead of 5.5

You probably need a stronger wifi connection, or make sure you're not using TubeHax DNS or blocking Nintendo servers with your wifi connection.

My WiFi is strong I have the best internet in the country that is available I'm not blocking Nintendo servers with my WiFi connection gonna go check my DNS

Each time you try updating, see if the blue progress bar moves a little bit - it might be that you need to just update again and again until the blue bar makes it all the way to the end (each time it manages to download a little bit)

It makes it to the end then says an error has occurred No DNS either

Don't know the answer sorry I guess you'll just have to wait until you can access a computer that you can use 3DNUS on.

If usual method of updating doesn't work then
first make an emunand backup
then download the 11.0 upgrade pack from "that chaos site" or "that iso site" for new 3ds and according to your region
place all the upgrade files in "updates" folder then update with sysupdater(in emunand ofcourse)
