Wasn't naruto reported as a bad dump already....

I think since it didnt work with any of the current chips they assumed it was a bad dump.

But i dont have my wiikey =/ It sould be here by monday or tuesday.

The one I downloaded and tryed was a torrent and the rar file was "[Wii]Naruto_Shippuuden_Gekitou_Ninja_Taisen_EX[JAP][wiisos.com]". Inside was the iso "cvn-nsgnte". So mine is the one dumped by Caravan. Is this the same version everyone else has?

Yea,Its a "bad" dump or something along those lines.

I don't think it really is a bad dump. I mean caravan dumped a lot of jap games and they've worked. I doubt they did anything different with naruto. Could just be a problem with the modchip.

Be aware that the whole region patching thing is simply a dodgy hack, nothing more. I would expect it to have problems with quite a few games.

It's not a bad dump. Someone using NTSC-J console already proved that the caravan iso works in his console.

As for me, with Wing Island on a wiifree chipped US wii, no.

Edit: Whoops... I guess something was wrong with my chip, because after I tried this game, no backups would work. Looked at the chip, which is external, and a small piece of a wire *might* have been touching another spot. Fixed it, and now Wing Island boots, and surprisingly, has no Japanese text whatsoever...

click 'g-online' and look for the game there.
