I lost the manual

However i read behind my tv something like "Pal/Secam 50Hz" but I can run 60Hz games nonetheless... I'm confused. In the tv video settings i can only adjust brightness,colors or choose 16:9/4:3, nothing more.

Ok
As far as I know the only PAL vc games supporting 60Hz are the Hanabi Festival ones.
Here is a list of them:
* Break In - TurboGrafx
* Cho Aniki - TurboGrafx
* Columns III: Revenge of Columns - Mega Drive
* Digital Champ Battle Boxing - TurboGrafx
* Final Soldier - TurboGrafx
* Gate of Thunder - TurboGrafx
* Gley Lancer - Mega Drive
* Gradius II: Gofer no Yabou - TurboGrafx
* Gradius III - SNES
* Mario's Super Picross - SNES
* Ninja Gaiden - NES
* Ninja JaJaMaru-kun - NES
* Puyo Puyo 2 - Mega Drive
* Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Earth - Nintendo 64
* Star Parodier - TurboGrafx
* Super Air Zonk: Rockabilly-Paradise - TurboGrafx
* Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels - NES
* Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars - SNES
As this list shows there is at least 1 game for every console.
My question is: would it be possible to inject into one of these wad the NTSC version of another game and be able to play it in PAL 60 on Pal Wiis? Could this be a solution for people without NTSC compatible TVs?

The Mege Drive PAL Imports such as Puyo Puyo 2 still run in 50Hz. Sega didn't bother to allow then to run in PAL60. I was unhappy when I paid 900 Wii Points for a game was meant to run in PAL60 but ran in PAl50 instead.

If your TV doesn't have NTSC support, a RGB cable won't fix the problem.
If his TV syncs to NTSC 3.58 but is in Black and White then a RGB cable WILL fix the problem. The majority of euro TV's until a few years ago could sync to ntsc but couldn't decode the NTSC colour system. RGB is independent of PAL/NTSC (directly feeds red to the red gun, green to the green and blue to blue) and will give you a colour picture.

The problem is NTSC games give the red tint when used with RGB so it's a no win situation. You could use S-vid (which is undoubtedly better than composite), but it looks nowhere near as good as RGB.
