Ive searched around and followed directions that ive seen but it just dosent seem to work. Im on a NTSC wii trying to load mostly japanese games and 1 pal game but it keeps saying invalid disc. What i have done already is tried to use preloader hacks with cioscorp and also reinstalled system menu 3.2 with starfall hacks but still nothing. Any suggestions?

I too had problems with preloader not showing my out-of-region backups, but installing the starfall like hacks when I used ARC seemed to fix that.... Did you make sure to turn off preloader region-free when you enabled starfall? About the only suggestion I can think of.
Now that i think of it, after i installed the system menu, my preloader stopped working. I cant access it by holding reset anymore. Should i use the hack remover then reinstall it?
