Hacking Region emulation busted on Luma 8.0

Have my same settings on, same folders, but my DLCs aren't showing up. Is anyone else having issues?

I tested it with my Japanese Cartridge of Shantae and the Pirate's Curse. It launched and played just fine.

What specifically is different? I read that page a few times before posting this thread.

i'm not too sure but it says this:

You can now specify a country (2 letter code) and a state ID (2-digit hex integer), for example: EUR FR FR 01

so maybe you need to use the new format? i have no idea, i haven't updated my cfw in a while.

Do you have to make some changes to play out of region games in Luma 8 as compared to luma 7.1 where we install the CIA and the game is good to run
