Gaming Region change

I tried doing the region change I download both USA and Jpn ctrtranfer put both in the folder flash the USA to sys (I don't kno if I would have flash jpn instead) I follow the rest of the step to make the secureinfo c but wen I cut back on my system I get a black screen but if I go back in delete the secureinfo c it goes back to normal do anyone where i wen wrong in my steps

... you need to region change to jpn right? then flash the jpn one....

Ok change it jpn flash it sysnand right I was I Lil confused cuz it said you would need to download ur region and the region u want to change to
