Hardware Refurbished 3DS XL from Nintendo Store

I know this probably won't happen but

have anyone bought refurbished 3DS XL from Nintendo Store recently and got 4.1-4.5 firmware in them?

Also, have anyone visited retail stores and got brand new 3DS XL with 4.1-4.5 firmware in them?

I just want to know if 4.1-4.5 firmware 3DS XL are extinct or not

I bought two at Christmas time at walmart, 4.4 and 4.5, you should have got one then buddy.

Don't try refurbs from Nintendo, they definitely won't be the firmware you need.

i just got my blue xl from ebay for 140$. i asked the seller what firmware it was and it was 4.3. it was some pawnshop place selling things on ebay. so check out some local pawnshops and ebay
