I have this Eshop problem with Blocks Required 0 for redownloadable titleson N3DS EMUNAND 9.5.0-28U. Anyone has this problem before. What is the solution?
Never mind. Found solution. It was cuased by the latest HANS. Use the older HANS build (attached in the below post) and Eshop works flawlessly.
