Just go on that iso site to get the fw.img file that you wiil need. So you can Skip the compiling part

Dont bother you dont need it right now. Its only good for pirating DLC and VC games, if thats worth it to you then go ahead but I would use the 64gb sd card for literally anything else

You don't even need rednand to pirate DLC and eshop games, even VCWii games work with sysnand with sigpatches.

Well, there is the new y-mod Loadiine GX2.
It runs DLC from SD card. So that's an option too.

Yep. Loadiine is still only SD card compatible.

Thats what I thought, well I in process of the Rednand as we speak so gotta wait for that to be done. How would U install the files for a DLC game example (Hyrule Warriors) is the DLC files the same as U would do in rednand I know a link to the rednand DLC files?

there's no way you can brick while setting up / running redNAND

So this is pretty much safe
