Hacking RedNAND Homebrew Launcher

Is it capable of having the Homebrew Launcher in RedNAND through the E-Shop DS Game? I have it on sysNAND but is just shows a (?) for an icon.?

You can just install the homebrew channel using wupinstaller. Here's a download for it, once installed it'll work fine.

Ok it says I need a custom firmware, Nov 18, 2016 or newer .img file I can't seem to find 1?

You can run Coldboot Haxchi and not have to install it to redNAND
