We have all known about Smea work on RedNand and Gateway emunand, basically, what they do is to tell the 3ds to stop searching for the build in Nand, and start searching for it in the SD card. My question here is, is it possible to Redirect the Game Cartridge reader to stop searching for the build in Cartridge Reader and start reading from the SD card?. People would just need a Partition (Just like the partition emunand makes), the only problem I see is for saving games, since an SD card does not have the hardware requiered for that, or at least what gateway needs for saving the games.

Smea already confirmed such a thing is possible hence why he doesn't want to release his work untill he is sure he can block it out to allow homebrew only.
