Hacking Red Ribbon Linux some Questions

Hi, I just installed Red Ribbon and yeah ... i am a little bit dissapointetd:
1. It is super slow. Do i need to set up something? I mean its a CELL shouldn't it be at least powerfull enough to properly run a browser? It's installed to internal 22GB
2. I can only use Videomode 3. I can't use 1080p. Do i miss something?
3. How can i disable sleepmode. I wanted to dump my Blu Rays (is there another way to dump on NTFS?)
4. I tried to mount my fritz.nas into /mnt but none of the commands like smbclient, smbfs, icfs, curlftpd etc etc work ... so that i can dump the blu ray direktly to my PC instead of extarnal harddrive (i only have 2 usb so ...)
5. Dumping Blu Rays is soooooo slow. Is there a faster way?
6. I somewhere long time ago read that you can activate the 8th SPU/SPE. But right now 7 should be active so i don't think it will give me a performance boost
7. How do i delet all that if it doesn't work as i wish to get my 22GB back?
8. Is it normal that my Recovery Menü doesn't work anymore? Instead Petitboot is there. How do i get Recovery or if it is nor possible how do i Delet Petitboot?
