Hi everyone,

I'm in a bit of a pickle, I sold my switch. However, I'd like to recover some of my save files but it never even crossed my mind to do that before selling it on. But, I still have the SD card with the complete EmuNAND from my modded Switch. Is there a way I could get the files from there or is having the actual device absolutely mandatory?

I have created a rawnand using NxNandManager already, tried to access the USER partition, but the problem are the prod.keys, as you probably guessed. I was so sure I saved them, but I cannot seem to find them. I do have the two xyz_biskeys.bin and xyz_prodinfo.bin files, are they of any use?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Edit: My mate's got a modded switch as well, if I can't do anything, could that be of any help?

If you don't have the original system keys you probably won't be able to extract it, only one that work are probably the one you backup with like jksv or checkpoint.

I could see if I can get a hold of the buyer, take my SD card and laptop with me, quickly boot into Hekate and do it from there, would that work?

You can check your SD card content switch folder to see if you have a prod.keys that is what you are looking for, I mean what you have on your SD is just the hidden partition NAND, not even the rawnand that NXNANDManager is looking for, I don't know if the buyer would allow you to use the switch, especially if it is a stranger.

Yeah, I don't think they will, but I texted them anyway. I don't have the prod.keys in my switch folder unfortunately. I thought I did, I even though about it when giving it away but I never double-checked. Lesson learnt:wacko:
