ROM Hack Recording software?

Looking to make a little video of a few 3ds games. Want to know the best rec software for 3DSXL I have homebrew and a9lh and blah blah blah.

anything thats not hypercam

bandicam or fraps are good

You can try NTR. The only other alternative I know of is Horizon Module by MarcusD.

you need to stream it to the computer with ntr then record it with a screen recorder

Best you can get is streaming via ntr to pc and recording that. AFAIK 3ds isn't powerful enough to use software to record without pc.
If it can no homebrew has been created to do it.

That doesn't answer the question, really. You either have an O3DS (3DS, 3DSXL, 2DS) or a N3DS (New 3DS, New 3DSXL, New 2DS). They are different models, and which one you own determines the answer to your own question.

Without a new 3ds model (n3ds, n3ds xl, n2dsxl xl) you can't stream with ntr. You can stream with a different program but only at like 2fps max. So no you can't record or stream without investing in either a capture card or a new 3ds.
