I'm looking for a printer that works with windows 7 and windows 10. I'd like for it to be under $100 if possible. I'm not looking for top of the line, but somewhere in the middle. thanks.

Probably should do the needs as far as paper sizes, quality, interfaces (phones, wireless, network, just USB...), volumes you plan to be printing and how often, scanner?... discussion.

Pending that though black and white laser. Take any photos you want printed to a supermarket or similar and use their gear for that one. They are really small these days (as small as any half nice inkjet, if not smaller), last forever, don't suffer dried up ink (print for the first time in three months and the worst that will tend to happen is you have some dust on the page from leaving the paper in there all that time), cost per page is not a lot at all...
I normally try to avoid Dell stuff if I can but their laser printer line does well on the acceptable level consumer range, and they tend to be supported by any number of OS versions and keep said support for a while longer than most. Should be able to do a brand new black and white wireless one for less than $100 right on Amazon, bit more for a second hand colour one if you did care for such things).
